Using coaching approach, we help you prepare potential successors for executive leadership roles, often at the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or other C-level positions such as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
The primary goal of C–level succession coaching is to identify
and develop internal candidates who have the potential to
take on executive leadership positions in the organization.
The coaching process typically involves working closely with
individuals to assess their strengths and weaknesses, identify
areas for improvement, and develop a personalized
development plan to prepare them for future leadership roles.

A leadership assessment to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement.
Executive Coaching
A minimum of 6 sessions of executive coaching to provide support for the candidate to maximize their potential.
Flexible Learning
A package of digital learning via Visecoach for the candidate to enhance knowledge and learn new skills.
Observation and Tracking
In between coaching sessions, the candidate may be observed to track their development and receive feedback from our executive coach.
