Program Overview
This is a 2–day training on Leadership Essentials Training aimed primarily to develop foundational leadership skills and master advanced techniques.
Starting by understanding the core of leadership, growth mindset, and Emotional Intelligence, you will then be equipped with skills of effective communication, team building, managing stakeholders.
This program takes a practical approach, blending theory, skill–building, and role–playing for a comprehensive learning experience.
